American Heart Association (2023)

Challenge: The American Heart Association needed to communicate complex cardiovascular disease statistics to international audiences across eight global regions, requiring translation of scientific data into accessible formats for diverse stakeholders.

Solution: Developed nine comprehensive global fact sheets for the 2023 Heart & Stroke Statistical Update, working directly with AHA's Science team and external designer to distill global cardiovascular data into clear, region-specific communications while maintaining scientific accuracy.

Challenge: AHA's international programs needed cohesive materials demonstrating their impact to engage major donors while maintaining brand consistency and addressing the organization’s global health priorities and programs.

Solution: Developed the structural framework for a comprehensive donor communications suite for global programs. Collaborated with subject matter experts for content accuracy and an external designer for visual execution, creating multi-market materials that effectively engaged major donors and communicated program impact across international markets.

UNT Health College of Nursing (2025)

Challenge: The newly established nursing college needed to demonstrate institutional impact and communicate its vision through a flagship publication that would resonate with stakeholders, alumni and prospective students.

Solution: Led editorial production and content strategy for The Lamplighter, the inaugural 12-page College of Nursing magazine, writing all copy and providing structural framework while coordinating with internal design team.

UNT Health College of Nursing (2024-2025)

Challenge: The nursing college's recruitment team needed compelling marketing materials to attract qualified students across multiple degree programs in a competitive enrollment landscape.

Solution: Collaborated with internal design team to develop a cohesive template framework, then created recruitment materials for 4 degree programs, 8 certificate programs and 2 microcredentials, including crafting all copy. The comprehensive suite provided the enrollment team with consistent, persuasive content that effectively communicated program benefits across all offerings.

C-Trilogy Outreach (2025)

Challenge: A nonprofit providing mental health and substance abuse services needed strategic marketing and communications leadership to expand community reach and patient engagement, including launching their inaugural mental health summit.

Solution: Served as fractional marketing and communications director for the SAMHSA-funded clinic, developing strategic communications that increased community awareness and patient outreach. Created all event materials for the organization's first mental health summit, including a comprehensive sponsor kit that helped secure the clinic's first-ever event sponsor, establishing a new revenue stream for future programming.
